Qualtrack Ltd was
established as an independent company in 1996. |

The
Chief Executive Officer is Graham Marle, an industry professional with
over 30
years submarine cable experience. Before leaving to develop
Qualtrack in 1996, Graham was Head of Submarine Cable Systems in British
Telecom for 3 years and before that he was employed by BT (Marine) as Head
of their Cable Services Division. With experience of Cable Owner/Maintenance Authority responsibility at senior level and intimate knowledge of the cableship operating business, Graham fully understands the serious inconvenience and expense caused to Cable Owners when high profile marine operations are delayed by process failures. |

Qualtrack's Independent Performance Reporting
Service (IPRS) is helping to improve quality throughout the
international submarine cable network and is now supported by many major
submarine cable owners and ship operating companies world-wide. See here
for IPRS Customer list.
Qualtrack operates the Secretariat for the International Submarine Cable Protection Committee (ICPC). The goal of the ICPC is to promote the safeguarding of submarine cables against man-made and natural hazards. Qualtrack is not a consultancy company and has a policy of declining individual consultancy contracts unless the work involved supports the Company Mission. This helps to ensure that Qualtrack maintains its independence and impartiality - the fundamental ingredients of its services to the submarine cable industry. |
